We’re currently seeing new patients through secure telehealth visits, over live video call. Our providers are fully licensed in the states where they practice, so you can conveniently see them from home, even on bad days.
You’ll meet with one of our experienced healthcare professionals — either a licensed Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. All of our providers are trained in delivering compassionate, high-quality care aligned with your needs.
Swing Care currently accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicare Part B (traditional Medicare) as well as many Medicare Advantage plans. At this time, we are not in-network with Medicaid plans. We’re happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if applicable.
Yes, both Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) at Swing Care are fully licensed and qualified to diagnose conditions and prescribe medications, including controlled substances when appropriate.
At Swing Care, appointment pricing depends on the type of visit and your insurance coverage. Most appointments are affordably priced, and we’ll always confirm costs before your visit. If you’re paying out of pocket, our self-pay rates are transparent and available upon request.
